Coming in September 2011 - Enhanced 511NY Rideshare Website Integrated with a New Online Rideshare Matching Service

511NY Rideshare is a rideshare service that integrates MetroPool (mid-Hudson Valley and Long Island) and Commuter Link (New York City) to better serve individuals and employers with information on cost-effective, reliable and eco-friendly alternatives to driving alone.

This new enhanced service will offer tools and information for travel alternatives, such as carpools, vanpools, mass transit, bicycling and teleworking, in the mid-Hudson Valley and the greater New York Metro area.

511NY is a free, one-stop, all-encompassing phone and Web service offering transportation information and conditions, operating 24 hour a day, seven days a week.
